New World Leadership Children’s Academy (NWL)

START DATE: Nov. 2008 to Sept. 2009
THE BACKGROUND AND THE MISSION:
Kraig Kidd is a pioneer in the field of a progressive education. He has created a school for early primary to sixth grade, children ages 2 ? to 12 years old, where the curriculum merges the Montessori plane of development with his proprietary NWL philosophy.
The NWL philosophy focuses on the child’s destiny within his or her heart, at a certain moment in time. The main objective is to allow the child to bring his or her God-inspired idea or gift into the world in a way that serves others.
The mission of the New World Leadership Children’s Academy is to “offer families a common language, common learning techniques and common learning pace to enable each child and family to develop in their own style; to know and celebrate their unique gifts; and to experience community from the perspective of service and contribution.”

NSIGHT FOCUS:
Kraig wanted to create a school based on spiritual principles. He came to me with a developed spiritual foundation, therefore my main focus for Kraig was to be the physical embodiment of the NWL vision already existing in him. We worked on New World Leadership, Inc. which is first taking physical form as NWL Children's Academy. I summoned energy to enable Kraig to fulfill his purpose and mission of opening the NWL, which occurred in September 2009.

KEY STEPS:
Because Kraig is very spiritually developed, most of the work we did was rooted in my bringing information to him from the spirit world. Kraig’s guidance came directly through me, and resulted in the following:

Phase 1
We formulated and defined the principles of the curriculum, uniting the Montessori philosophy with the NWL philosophy. We also developed a business model and plan.

Phase 2
I channeled and developed a team of elders in the spirit world who assisted Kraig in pioneering and building the vision and purpose of the school. The members of this group were explorers at one point in time and, together, they formed Kraig’s strategic team in the spirit world. Some of the tangible guidance and information Kraig received from this group included:

• Information on how to lead a vision of this magnitude,
• How to define the mission, core values, admission policies and curriculum,
• Identifying the children who would be attending NWL.

This was an ongoing process between me (the energy), Kraig, and the elders.

Phase 3
This phase focused on helping Kraig take ownership of his leadership role for the school, which involved substantial energy work in the realm of aligning Kraig’s energy with his team of elders, the board, and even the children, parents and caregivers who would be participating in the school. Other tangible results during this phase also included finding teachers and developing the curriculum, admissions and investment strategy. All of the results achieved during this phase were driven by my energy work with Kraig. I spent a lot of time preparing and aligning energy fields of all the forces that ultimately came together in tangible form.

Phase 4
Once we completed the investment strategy, I guided Kraig’s energy to receive the gift of the property for his school. This was a crucial phase in our work together because without the property, the school would not be possible. Therefore, I gave Kraig specific prayers and meditations that allowed him to stay in rhythm with this gift coming to him. He had to learn to honor the gift coming to him and prepare himself to receive it.

Phase 5
The school opened its doors in Encinitas, California in September 2009.

End Result
Kraig received the property for the school after we did visualization. We also did a reading on how the keynote energy of his school would be delivered in a message to the masses. The energy came through and was initiated into physical form as a children’s book. Kraig has written the book, it is being illustrated and a publisher is being solicited.

SYNOPSIS OF WORKING WITH NWL:
Kraig was very fun to work with; he had a vision and was ready to implement it. The work we did together expedited his plan. What I believe could have taken years to accomplish happened within one year. Kraig was an inspiration because he left a high-paying job to pursue his dream. He did not question whether he could be successful. He created and executed a process to move energy at a rapid speed to see his dream become a reality. Kraig’s consciousness did not allow for obstacles. He focused only on using energy to be moved and expand his vision. I LOVE working with people like Kraig who already know, accept and understand how connecting to your higher wisdom will make your life happen.
In a short period of time we developed his vision, implemented it, assembled a team, removed and redirected physical, mental, spiritual and emotional obstacles, received funding, developed curriculum and enrolled students. We both look forward to working together on the next branches of NWL, Inc All I can say is AMAZING. Congratulations Kraig!!!
